Cancellation and Refund Policy
At The Book Show, we strive to provide excellent customer service. However, if you need to cancel or return an order, please review our policy below.
1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure. To cancel an order, contact our customer service team with your order details.
2. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions: The product must be in its original packaging and unused. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and downloadable products cannot be returned.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
